Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be new, unused, and free from any damage
- Be returned in their original packaging
How to Start a Return
All returns are handled by mail. To initiate a return:

- We’ll confirm your return eligibility and share the return address.
- Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You may use any reliable carrier with tracking. Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
Restocking Fee
A flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection costs.
This fee will be waived if the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless they were delivered defective or incorrect.
