Processing & Handling Time

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days after order and payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If any delay occurs, our team will notify you promptly.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from order placement, including processing, manufacturing, and shipping.

Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Kindly include your order number and supporting evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
