2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of Apex Boxes and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

3. Using Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

All submitted artwork and information are accurate and legally owned by you.
You will not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter a binding agreement.

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Production begins only after full payment and final artwork approval.
Once digital proof is approved, changes and cancellations are limited.

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation within 4 hours of proof approval — 20% fee applies.
Cancellation after 24 hours — up to 50% of the order value may be deducted.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

5. Printing & Color Accuracy

We strive for accurate color reproduction; however, slight variations may occur due to screen differences, printing methods, inks, materials, and finishes.

Hard-copy proofs are available at an additional cost if precise color matching is required.

6. Returns & Refunds

Defective or damaged products must be reported within 2 business days of delivery, along with photos, to [email protected]
Custom printed products are eligible for reprint only if the error is caused by Apex Boxes.
Refunds are generally not issued for custom orders.
Return shipping for verified defects within the U.S. will be covered by us.
Non-custom (stock) items may be returned within 5 days if unused and in original packaging.

7. Materials & Quantities

Food-grade or certified eco-friendly materials must be requested before production. They are not used by default.
A production variance of up to ±5% in quantity is considered acceptable within industry standards.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Standard production time: 4–6 business days after final approval.
Rush services are available for an additional fee.
We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
Apex Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Boxes and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of our website
Infringement caused by materials provided by you

11. Changes to These Terms

Apex Boxes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website means you accept the revised terms.
